- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have both an hourly and project based rate available. Please inquire for rates and I would be happy to discuss what works best for your needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Prior to getting started on a project I will set up an introductory conversation with my clients to gather background both about their company and needs. After that conversation we will mutually select a move-forward plan, which can include content outlines, drafts for comments and revisions as needed. I am flexible and can adjust my process to what works best for my clients.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received my BA in Strategic Communications from Elon University and have worked as a communication and content creation expert for more than five years in both freelance and agency settings.
