3 Mavs helped me organize my birthday party. This was after years I was celebrating and so was nervous about all the arrangements. But 3 Mavs Priyanka, Divya, and Neha took care of everything from food, venue, decorations, cake, to music arrangements at the venue. The venue was an amazing club house with kitchen, lots of lounge space to sit and/or dance and game area for guests to warm up who wanted to take it slow. Everyone LOVED the food and cocktails. I would highly recommend the Mavs and definitely hire them for all my events!!

While the look of the decor was average, the cost of the decor was not. To elaborate, I would have expected half the cost for the final look that we received. Also, 3 Mavericks was surprised that we wanted pictures of the planned decor before the event, stating that no other client had asked for pictures in the past. This makes me wonder if 3 Mavericks had just worked with friends and family before this event. Pictures are important and ensure that the client will be pleased with decor and we were not pleased at all with the first version of the decor. The service fee for 3 Mavericks included 1 hour of set-up time for the event. Two people were present for the majority of the set-up time. Considering we had 26 tables, two people working to set-up essentially meant that more than one hour of set-up time would be needed. I offered the two help and it was declined. We were then billed for three and half hours of additional set-up time. At the end of the set-up, more people were there and were happy to take pictures of their work. When this was discussed with 3 Mavericks, Divya replied that even 10 people would not have been able to finish set-up in one hour. This statement is alarming and seems to point to limited experience in decor set-up. When challenged on the costs and noting the feeling of being overcharged, 3 Mavericks (Divya) became unprofessional. If you choose to use 3 Mavericks, please make sure to take notes of each and every conversation and send the notes back to 3 Mavericks in writing, to avoid the type of backpedaling that we experienced.

3 Mavericks did a great job for my kids' birthday. Even though we had limited time they delivered everything we asked for and within budget. I will highly recommend them to others and would hire them for my future events.

When a customer reaches out to us, we have a brief conversation about their needs and requirements. Next, we try to schedule an in-person meeting with the customer to discuss and plan their event. We then send them a detailed quote for approval.

We have worked with a varied customer base. We specialize in customized events which is a favorite for birthdays and showers. We have also planned and organized all kinds of themed parties.
