Ashley rocks! We adopted a 40 lb, 6 or 7 month old puppy, who was a bit wild and super bossy. The list of not-so-awesome behaviors was long...she would herd us, lunged at cars, counter surfed, was mouthy, ferociously barked at other dogs (embarrassing! and scary!!!!). Let's just say walking around the block was not pleasant at all. We have raised other dogs before - but Jolene tested us every single minute. Then Ashley came to our rescue! She did a great job in helping us understand how to set boundaries with Jolene and communicate with her better. With each week we noticed an incredible difference. Ashley helped my husband and I navigate different "parenting styles" too - which helped us all tremendously. With Ashley's support, Jolene has grown into a well socialized, well behaved canine companion. She is great off lead, we can take her to dog friendly public spaces, she plays nice with others and we are no longer "that couple with the crazy dog" in the neighborhood :) We highly recommend AAA K9 Academy!

Ashley is ahh-mazing!! Our dog, Stryker, came from a bad situation. When we got him, he was unruly, aggressive, untamable and destructive. We were concerned that we weren't going to be able to ever have control of him. Ashley came to our home to do an assessment and from the moment she met Stryker, she was immediately able to take command of him and make him listen. After seeing how quickly Ashley was able to control Stryker, and after meeting her personal dog, we immediately decided to utilize her services. Since she has been coming and working with us, Stryker is a completely different dog. She concentrates on training the owners as much as the dog. We highly recommend Ashley for relieving any anxiety you have towards choosing a trainer for your dog.
