- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I like to work on a hourly basis. I can do an estimate for a flat rate but when it starts to go over to many hours the estimate will be revisited and negotiated.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to hear as mush as possible about the project then create an estimate and time line for my customers. It is important to have very clear communication and expectations on both ends of the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have two degrees, an Associates and a Bachelor of Arts degree with a concentration in Graphic Design.
