- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do, however, are prices are negotiable depending on circumstances and situations of the individual. Please feel free to call us or come in for a tour and we can talk prices then.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Talking with the individual, getting to know them, and making them feel comfortable. Customers mean everything to us and we want every client to feel like they are part of our family. We will discuss goals, past history of exercise, and much more to become the most educated about the individual.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our trainers and staff have their college educations within an exercise science field or one related to exercise. We are working on getting every staff member certified within at least 2 areas to have a diverse staff board.
