Steven was the ultimate professional. While producing excellent work he is so intune to the individual wants and needs of his clients. He made sure, at every step, within the application process (whether it was brows, eyes, cheeks, or lips) that he met the expectation of “YOU” the client. He didn’t move on until “YOU” were happy. (How exceptional!!!) The end product not only demonstrates “His ultimate quality” (He is a highly trained professional) - it also meets what “YOU” are comfortable with. This is the true example of an EXPERT!!! No rush through here. It is “your time” and “your day”! (What a refreshing change!!!) Steven’s personality is contagious. He gets just as excited about the make up and your look as his clients. He can put even the most nervous Bride or “special event attendee” at ease. Steven did an amazing job on my make up for my wedding! I have used him various times before, but on my wedding day he went over a beyond the call of duty. Each consultation we had leading up to the big day, he worked with my to find the perfect look! He took the time to ask me questions about how my hair would be styled and what my dress looked like, so the entire look would be seamless! Steven is so sweet, detailed, and professional!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It really depends on the look/looks we're planning on achieving. Just like any piece of art, the more work the more it costs. Normal full face make overs are from $95-115. I do an up-charge of $15 for lashes if I supply the lashes, if you supply them I only charge $5 extra to apply them.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Just really getting to know the client, and communicating well enough to make sure we're on the same page to achieve the look you're going for.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended cosmetology school at the Aveda institute here in Charlotte, and am I completely self taught makeup artist with training from Sephora as well.
