- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start off with a phone consultation. During the call we go down our checklist and ask all the important questions to make sure we're on the same page as the customer. After the phone consultation we provide a follow-up email so everything is in writing and to make sure we didn't miss anything.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have 2 chef's that graduated from culinary school right here in Charlotte and have worked for different catering companies..
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Anywhere from Corporate office managers to Parents that wanna have a sweet 16 party for their kids..
