They can start by listening to their potential customers. My wife and I both explained what we wanted done and we were given an estimate, but not an estimate for what we asked. Job was delayed several days due to rain and when next we spoke, I asked for a scope for work. What I was sent did not cover the job as requested and said as much. I told DCS they'd need to provide a new estimate for what they should've done the first time they were here. Haven't heard from them since, and the job was supposed to start 2 days ago. As a tradesman and contractor myself, I am disappointed by their work ethic, lack of attention to detail and lack of commitment. I find nothing dependable about DCS.

Tony and his associate were great to work with. They were very flexible on times to come out to perform work and was very flexible in terms of scope of work. What makes Tony stand out from others is that he really ensures all the needs are met. Tony asked several times if I was completely satisfied and if I wasn’t, he was happy to continue working. He even insisted I be home to ensure we were on the same page which I appreciated because I’ve been burned before with contractors doing work in my back yard and not knowing exactly what my vision was. Tony worked on leveling my back yard and did a great job. I would definitely recommend Tony to anyone.
