New install of kitchen/bathroom fixtures with a sewage pump. You name it, they installed it --- toilet, shower hardware, bathroom and sinks, dishwasher, ice machine, and my favorite... urinal. They also fixed several issues with the prior plumbers rough-in work. Very professional, and they took time to do the job the right way.

Had a slight leak that popped up in our drywall ceiling quite suddenly over the weekend and contacted John on here on Monday morning and he was at my house by lunch time to work on the issue. The issue proved very difficult to track down and John was careful to try and minimize the amount of drywall repair necessary to troubleshoot the problem. He and his assistance worked for 2.5-3 hours testing and checking every faucet, drain and connection on the second story but he was unable to get the leak to happen while he was here. He did find and fix a small secondary leak that I was unaware of in my daughter's bathroom while he was here as well. He was extremely reasonable with the amount he charged and left his card and instructions to call back when/if the leak started again. Today, thanks to one of the access holes that we now had, I was able to find the cause of the water "leak" which was not coming from the plumbing system at all but from a blocked dryer exhaust that was condensing inside the house and dripping onto the drywall ceiling.
