Introduction: I am an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, CPR certified and I am a RN specializing in employee Health and Wellness. I provide programming designed to bring results and training that is engaging, encouraging yet challenging. I meet you at your level and pace then take it from there helping you break barriers to becoming the healthiest version of yourself. Together, we will uncover your "WHY". WHY you want to be healthy, WHY you want a change, WHY you want to be better. We will harness your WHY as your foundation for commitment, focus and determination to achieve your health and wellness goals. I don't recommend scales or fad diets. Simply stated, they set you up for failure. I want health and wellness to become a part of your life and my goal is to set you up for long term success. No quick fixes or rapid weight loss. It will take time, commitment and hard work but I promise you this, the return on investment will be invaluable. As a healthcare professional, I have seen the end product of an unhealthy lifestyle. Most chronic conditions are self induced and totally avoidable. From coronary artery disease, high blood pressure and diabetes all completely avoidable barring genetic disposition. If diagnosed with just one of these chronic conditions, the cost from both a quality of life as well as financial can be staggering. The health benefits of regular strength and cardiovascular training cannot be emphasized enough. I love working with all fitness levels so whether you're just getting back into the fitness game or are a well trained athlete, I can help. What I love most about the 'work' I do is seeing clients progress, make gains and ultimately transform their lives.

Training sessions were always rigorous, exciting and well adapted to my individual needs. They started at the annouced time and I felt like she used each minute we had together to help me with my physical fitness and form. She also designed workouts to achieve a total body workout instead of just working on one area. I was very pleased with her professionalism and dedication. I loved being trained by Elizabeth. She is super encouraging and knowledgeable about health and fitness. She is able to push you to go beyond what you think you're capable of while making sure you're never sacrificing proper form. I was a runner for a few years before training with Elizabeth but she really taught me the importance of strength training and variety in my workouts. Whether you're just beginning or have been working out for a while, she will structure the workouts to meet your fitness level and help you reach your goals. She's the best, you won't be disappointed!

Elizabeth provided.... An all around a great training experience! Fun, challenging workouts with a great variety of exercises that could be tailored to any skill level! Always pumctual, encouraging and responsive!

I was just getting back into working out and had a few limitations. Elizabeth was great about adjusting exercise to help me do I did not injure myself. My results were fabulous and I had so much more energy. I was absolutely thrilled to be working out with her.
