- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices ranges from $60-50 per session depending on the package you select. I am open to small group training 2-5 individuals. If you are interested in this option, the hourly rate per person would be reduced further.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Establishing goals. If you aren't sure what you are trying to achieve then the process lacks focus and determination. I talk about establishing your "WHY". WHY are you ready to make a change? WHY now? WHY do you want to engage in a fitness routine. Establishing your "WHY" give credence to your endeavor and will provide a foundation for keeping you on track to achieving your goals! We then start with a form session. A new client will go through several of my most common basic exercises. You are provided a significant amount of feedback (if needed) to ensure you understand and can replicate good form. Then, we take it from there!
