FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't have a standard price, as each job is different. Editing/polishing a resume will be easier than creating one from scratch, and thus cost less. So it really depends on the client's needs. I try to be as fair as possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I am very detail oriented, so I prefer to have as much information upfront as possible. I like to have a phone call or skype meeting with my clients, to really touch base on their needs (if preferred, an email chain is also acceptable). This way I know what your expectations and desires are, and can do my best to exceed those expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have two bachelor's degrees and currently work in cancer research, on the regulatory end, in auditory compliance. Throughout college I did a lot of resume writing/editing as side jobs, and realized I could continue this into my adult career. My first professional job was in data entry and analysis, and I enjoyed that as well.
