- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of my prices are negotiable. We give discount for recurring customers. I don’t charge for everything that is needed is possible. You can’t charge for everything that you do. For instance if you are mowing a lawn and see weeds growing in the flower bed. The customer did not pay you to remove weeds but I will not take but a minute or two to get rid of the weeds. That’s a good provider and that’s how I train my employees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Gaining Rapport, communication and help them to understand that you are knowledgeable of what you are doing and ensure them that they will get top quality customer service
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Associate Degree in Landscaping and Agriculture. Before I got my degree I ran my parents Landscaping Company for 8 years.
