- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The customer should know that we have a 10 % discount for our seniors and a 5 % discount for new customers we also have a $75 diagnosis fee that goes towards your repair
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is simple meet and greet new customers as if I have known them all my life with good service and good conduct
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a certified appliance repair tech with my AS degree in the appliance field I'm also osha certified and I've been doing this for around 6 years
