ServSafe Alcohol Certification, Food Safety Manager Certified, Associates Degree in Culinary Arts from Johnson and Wales University, Bachelors of Science Degree from Johnson C Smith University
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I originally started cooking at the age of 11, with my father who loved cooking since a young boy, it was then i gained an appreciation for the art, and grew to love the idea of creating beauty on a plate and satisfying someone’s taste buds
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I would advise the customer to not only look at the professional who is providing the lowest price but the person with the most diligence to get hired, the person who has your best interest at heart in making your event as smooth as possible. These things ensure an successful outcome.
