I can help you get pre-approved. When we find your perfect home, I submit an offer and negotiate for you. I can refer you to inspectors/lenders/etc. and make all of the paperwork simple! The best part is that my services are FREE to you! I am paid by the seller!
2. Sellers: My extensive knowledge of the real estate market makes it easy for me to make sense of all of the market data and simplify the selling process for you! I can get your home prepared and up on the market at its most competitive price. I have access to numerous professional marketing tools - I offer professional photos and virtual tours. I professionally market your house so that it gets maximum exposure. I coordinate all of the showings. I handle the negotiations and the paperwork. I am here to help you make educated decisions and to look out for your best interest throughout the entire process!

This professional realtor is not only dependable, ethical and smart but she is intuitive, and a whole lot of fun to work with.
We are still amazed at her ability to quickly locate great homes and in the right price range!
She does a super job negotiating the purchase, answering questions and explaining what to expect right up through closing. It is a comfort to have a realtor who is obviously watching out for the client, truly assisting in a very important transaction ( and this one shows up on time!)
I would definitely recommend her to friends, to help with a home purchase or a sale.
