They were very responsive, professional and courteous. Unfortunately that’s where the good ends. When they arrived I went over the key areas that needed attention which were base boards, inside of windows, blinds and fans. When I was able to review the work, I discovered that the baseboards were still filthy, the blinds had not been touched, and all of the windows were not cleaned. Another area I asked for focus was the mildew in the master bath shower. None of it was gone. On top of that, the glass was still covered in soap scum and the mirror was cloudy and looked as if water had been splashed on it and dried. The quote I was given said upholstery would be vacuumed and it was not done. The wood floor was “steam cleaned” and water was left to dry and leave spots everywhere. The floor was not swept/vacuumed so there were clumps of dust and debris everywhere. On top of all of that, when told they could help themselves to candy or water, one of the pair took it upon themselves to take a beer out of the fridge. When I brought up the issues, Jonathan argued with me and did not make any attempt to rectify the issue. I guess you get what you pay for. Lesson learned.Apr 17, 2018VerifiedJonathan H.'s reply
