This was supposed to be a move in cleaning that covered everything. I would not recommend!Aug 30, 2018VerifiedJonathan H.'s reply
Giving us a two for minor things we could’ve easily came and fixed is honestly ridiculous given the fact you did a walk through and I asked if we forgot anything. You told me personally no. Besides all of that, we had no idea it was a move in cleaning and you lied about the square footage of the home and the location of said home. We also had no idea we would have to clean things several times because you would have five people coming in and out of the home. We’re sorry that you’re not pleased, but given you gave us false information and left out other details we find your review unsettling.
Incredibly bad experience with this company. I ordered a move out cleaning and paid extra for specific things such as doors and door frames, kitchen cabinets and baseboards. The place was dirty! Pictures attached.. I had to hire another company to re-clean and pay my renter extra for things she cleaned herself. Don’t get fooled by competitive pricing. They promise quality which is not there at all. When I asked for a refund, they refunded $50 out of $275 and accused me of trying to get work for FREE “from the beginning”. I used to clean homes myself.. understand what quality job is, what clean looks like and customer service is. This company is lacking all these things. Please stay away to save yourself a headache and $$. Thumbtack only allows 4 photos although I could send few more.Aug 26, 2018VerifiedJonathan H.'s reply
Ma’am we agreed to return the next day and you client wouldn’t allow us to park near the house. That neighborhood tows vehicles that don’t have a parking pass and we informed you of that which is why we didn’t charge you for the extra services. We also have conflicting messages and emails where you continued to change the problem. We definitely believed you were looking for free services, because every message asked for a full refund and further research showed that we aren’t the first company you did this to.
My husband and I arrived at the home where Jonathan Harris and one other gentleman were cleaning and my husband said they did not do a good job; however, the lights were on and I thought things looked ok even though I had to ask for the windows to be re cleaned as there was a film left behind. The next day our real estate agent asked if we had the placed cleaned and I was mortified! I went back and when the lights were out but with the natural light coming through the windows you could see that it appeared they cleaned everything with a dirty rag!! My husband and I and friend had to go back to the house and re-clean everything! Due to my husband and I needing to get the house listed and with still moving I did not call within a timely manner or I would have requested our money back! DO NOT USE GRAHAM CLEANING Or, If you do use them be sure to do a complete walk through with a clean cloth to make sure they used cleaning solutions. This was for a Deep Clean on the house we moved out of and were looking for bi-weekly or monthly cleaning at our new home so they lost out on new business as well.Aug 6, 2018VerifiedJonathan H.'s reply
I’m deeply sorry that you had a bad experience. There is no way we used dirty clothes though. We bring new and/or clean clothes in a vacuumed sealed bag to every job we do.
They were very responsive, professional and courteous. Unfortunately that’s where the good ends. When they arrived I went over the key areas that needed attention which were base boards, inside of windows, blinds and fans. When I was able to review the work, I discovered that the baseboards were still filthy, the blinds had not been touched, and all of the windows were not cleaned. Another area I asked for focus was the mildew in the master bath shower. None of it was gone. On top of that, the glass was still covered in soap scum and the mirror was cloudy and looked as if water had been splashed on it and dried. The quote I was given said upholstery would be vacuumed and it was not done. The wood floor was “steam cleaned” and water was left to dry and leave spots everywhere. The floor was not swept/vacuumed so there were clumps of dust and debris everywhere. On top of all of that, when told they could help themselves to candy or water, one of the pair took it upon themselves to take a beer out of the fridge. When I brought up the issues, Jonathan argued with me and did not make any attempt to rectify the issue. I guess you get what you pay for. Lesson learned.Apr 17, 2018VerifiedJonathan H.'s reply
Right back into the home and cleaned. The bathroom I was told it was fine by your wife.

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? Our prices are not set. We based our prices on the possibility of extra work asked for during jobs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Double check every request and inform on better or cheaper solutions that are still acceptable.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?My mother started a cleaning service that this one grew from. I wanted to help her branch out that some day she doesn't have to work.
