- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do my best to offer the best pricing available and work within a clients budget. If my quote is more than your available budget, lets communicate and see what works best!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love communicating with future, new, and current clients. Communication is key in any relationship! I will arrange a conference call or video chat first to discuss the needs of the client. Once I know exactly what the client is looking for, I will do my best to work within the clients budget.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My background as a freelancer began when I was in college and I have worked with many different marketing items in my current full-time job.
