- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Your first session is free! After that, it's $30 per 45 minutes.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Coaching is about discovering where you are, right now, and having someone to help you through it using strategies such as talk therapy, mediation, accountability partnering, and goal setting. Some typical scenarios for Coaches are: -Couples who want to work through some problems, or rediscover their romance -Parents who want their teens to consider their life goals and put together a reasonable plan for the future. -Elders who want to discover more fulfillment in life, or concerned family members who wish to provide them this service, especially after the passing of a spouse -Families who have a hard time communicating and taking care of each other -Individuals who have a hard time in social or dating situations -Individuals who want to use their time more effectively, stop procrastinating, and/or achieve goals and complete projects, such as finish a book, juggle grad school with job commitments, or continue their creative works
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Bright Horizons Coaches meet with people in the Charlottesville area at designated public locations (see our website) or online/virtually via Skype, Google Hangouts, or other video chat or phone services. Please do not ask a coach to come to your home or office, just as a general safety rule. If you want to meet with a coach in a private location, you can arrange this during your free first session. Coaches will be provided with safety monitoring equipment for their home or office to address the safety concerns of using this more private location. If you need a coach to come to you, please consider using our video chat option. Thank you for your understanding!
