FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Through the use of a trustworthy quoting system, on-site inspection allows me to get a fair and reasonable standard rate set for a home. This generally works out to be somewhere from $25-$35/hr/person. Keep in mind that this price covers the travel, equipment, supplies, and liability insurance that we carry with us to every job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always like to talk to clients in person or on the phone to properly introduce myself and see how we can best meet the client's needs and those of the home we're entrusted with. I prefer not to quote hourly, as I usually find it ineffective to quote without first seeing the home. Obviously, the more information the better. If at any time, our rates, our work, or the time involved just isn't working, we will do what we can to resolve the matter. Ultimately, we want the same thing- a working relationship that benefits your home the best way it can.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I spent a little over a year in Brooklyn, NY working at the World Headquarters of Jehovah's Witnesses. There I served in the cleaning department, better known as Building Services. I, alongside a crew of other caring, hard-working individuals, was trained in safe, healthy, and thorough cleaning practices, in both residential and commercial settings. I was also trained in the care of carpets, hard floors, and upholstery, as well as the science of cleaning in a way that is effective long-term and promotes a healthy environment.
