FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We got our start in 1999 with the dot.com boom, and we have been developing software ever since.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first step is always to sit down with the client and determine their needs and the scope of the project. After being in the industry for over 17 years, we have learned how to manage expectations and guide the clients to the best solutions. After we determine the scope, we create a timeline with development and testing hours. Once that is signed off, we break the development cycles down into deliverables so that we can stay agile enough to allow any changes to the project to not adversely affect the timeline.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We got our start in 1999 with the dot.com boom, and we have been developing software ever since. We have consulted on systems as simple as a website all the way up to custom frameworks for large scale industrial supply companies. After 17+ years in the business, there are not many things that can surprise us.
