- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will always do my best to best the competition with competitive prices, always in the affordable and reasonable range! Depending on the job, I always try my best to charge a flat rate in the event something comes up and the service takes longer than I expect.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Preferably meet in person or talk over the phone for a consulatation on the service to be provided to learn any details that may be neccessary to do an adequate job and give an accurate quote
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a good bit of hours volunteering with the human society and have attended a couple of their public social events, as well as attended college for a while for vet tech degree which I have yet to complete.
