- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have standard prices we charge based on size, condition and scope of work requested.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before we quote a job we need to see detailed pictures with dimensions so we can see the condition and estimate materials needed based on the customers vision. This also allows us to provide options to our customers to create a truly unique piece. Once we have all the details we provide a written estimate for approval.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I had the pleasure of working in an industry for 18 years that had an enormous amount of hands on training for paints, stains, techniques, power tools and many other items that have allowed me to learn how to prep, repair, paint and apply topcoats to furniture. I have probably learned the most from working on our pieces to achieve the color and finish we desired.
