- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Starting with a new customer typically involves a call for service, or a request for an estimate to replace a piece of equipment. Our goal is to meet the level of urgency required by our customers - we offer 24 hour service and emergency dispatch response. We offer a free, no obligation estimate for any customer who is looking for new or replacement equipment - both HVAC and electrical.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with customers of all types ranging from homes and businesses to light industrial spaces, and government facilities.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
One of our more recent projects is the renovation of the heating and air system at a historical facility that was once a home and now serves as a museum. We worked hand in hand with engineers at the facility to review plans and requirements for the work to be performed. Throughout the project, there were alterations that were necessary and completed without interruption.
