I'll be recommending everyone I know to Hutton power and light they did the work on an addition and also installed a Generac 22k generator for us and everything works perfectly. They are extremely courteous and all work was done on time and without delay. On the addition which is a mother-in-law suite they gave us tips on certain lighting for example motion activated lights for people that have a hard time getting to light receptacles which is going to make our addition even more perfect i'll be using Hutton for all my future electrical needsOct 2, 2017

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Our Service Call is $75 All pricing is flat rate and upfront, we have no hidden fees and do not charge by the hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?New customers set up a customer account with us to assist in communications between service techs, Dispatch, and customer service representatives. The customer's work is scheduled and assigned to a technician. The customer will receive an introduction email introducing them to their service technician. The work is completed and the service tech processes payment once the work is done. The customer is sent a thank you email The customer is happy by how smooth the process went and how awesome our service technicians are. We have systems in place ensuring that every customer gets the same experience, every time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Our service techs have a minimum of 8000 hours on the job training and 4 years of class room training. All of our electricians are certified Virginia Journeymen Electricians.
