Our most popular program is a 6 week customized doctor supervised weight loss program. Patients lose 20-30 lbs in 6 weeks (if following the program as directed). The nutrition plan consists individualized nutritional recommendations based on your metabolism and genetic make up. The nutrition plan is anti-inflammatory, low glycemic index but customized for you. We also have a list of approved foods, we cover meal timing along with intermittent fasting. If you already follow a "good" diet we can do some advanced analysis to see if thyroid/adrenal, dexto, or GI issues might be causing weight loss resistance.
