This is Not your average limo or cab company. They went above and beyond in their communication and confirmations thru voice, email and outlook. Drivers were prompt, professional and accessible via cell phone once we de-planed. Highly recommend them!

Our driver was on time and extremely courteous. He was a careful driver and I felt we were in good hands. We went to O'Hare Airport and when we returned four days later, he picked us up promptly. Best service ever and would highly recommend it.

Mr. Parris was outstanding. From the initial call, to the timely pickup (even though I had given him incomplete info). Trying to get to OHare can be difficult at morning rush hour, but Mr. Parris got us there quickly and safely and he also answered our questions quite conversationally. Several of our group left the hotel at the same time, using different modes of transportation, and many of the group got there well after us. Mr. Parris' knowledge of the area had us avoiding much of the gridlock on the route to OHare. Thank you Mr Parris, we will certainly be using you again.
