FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Normally a client communicates the general concept of the design they need either through phone or email communication. It can be a verbal idea, an image they find online or even a hand drawn sketch. Anything that will convey the general idea will usually work. I will then whip something up, send it back to the client and wait. The client then reviews what I sent and approves the design or sends me feedback so I can make a change to the design. I make the client's requested changes and send it back for review. Once I receive client approval I finalize the design for output.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Restaurants, Nightclubs, Bars, Information Technology Professionals, Websites, Musicians, Record Labels, Beer Breweries, Actors, Politicians, Clothing Brands, Social Media Experts, Stock Brokers and many more.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Try to be as specific as possible when describing what you want designed. Avoid concepts that are not clear such as "Make it sexy" or "I want something fun".
