- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My standard pricing system is typically per hour. Depending on the entire scope of work, I can create a package price when varied and specific services are needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With almost every project, it begins with a review of the scope of work. The stated and perceived needs of my prospective client is important so that I can accurately provide a reasonable quote and account for variables, if any.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training is based strongly off of my 15 years in real estate, as an agent/broker and maintaining a record of crisp transactions and satisfaction through out my career. To date I've had almost 0 complaints with closed transactions. I have closed hundreds of transactions. I have been licensed in real estate since 2002. I have 35 credit hours from Tennessee State University and currently attending Harold Washington College to pursue an arts in economics.
