- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes we do, for our maintenance cleaning.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customer will call the office to set up an appointment. The day before the will receive a call to confirm their appointment and a half an hour before technician arrives.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Once a year we have a written test by NADCA to renew our certification and we train our technicians every quarter on new NADCA guidelines if any.
