I enjoy fixing home user PC problems that I could do with one hand tied behind my back, in my sleep -- but for end users it a magic miracle and it means the world to them. I'm a Level 1, 2, and 3 extremely over certified and skilled PC support pro that has 25 (yes, 25) years experience in all Windows, Microsoft, Internet, opensource, and Linux technologies. fixing, supporting, optimizing, cleaning, and making computers run better than they ever did before. I'm extremely overqualified for the job, but I do this because I get happiness out of helping others for what is no big deal for me -- stuff I can do in my sleep-- yet it means the world and appears as magic to people that aren't as technical or into computers. As mentioned, I enjoy making people happy. Its no trouble for me, but highly appreciated the quality I put in to cleaning up and fixing peoples computers.

i've called merrell at logic observer a few times since i started having trouble with my laptop and so far with their services i've had a great deal of success. i tried to solve some problems on my own by buying a new hard drive to store my data on when the worst finally happened and my computer would not bootup. for a couple of days i tried getting the system to restore itself but it wouldn't fix itself. so i called my friend to help fix it, but still no success. he suggested i call merrell whom he knew worked in IT and in less than 18 hours, not only was my laptop back on and properly running, but my data was successfully backed up in case my computer has issues again. highly recommend their services for those in need of backing up precious data and just want simple peace of mind

Over three years ago I called on Merrell/Blue Ninja/Logic Observer to remotely log on to my new desk top computer and see why I was getting virus threat notices from my antivirus and my computer was running slow and internet connections were slow. Merrell was able to quickly find the problem and recommended a better antivirus he set it up with a system back up to an external drive so my files would be safe. Merrell has been a great resource for me and my family, friends and professional contacts that ask who my "goto" tech person is. Last month I called on Merrell to remotely setup a new desktop computer for the company I work for. Merrell was asked to mirror the old computer settings, connect to server, set up network paths, copy all files to new computer, change Windows 10 to work operate like Windows 7, delete all unnecessary programs, setup company email, Microsoft Outlook, copy all saved email files from old to new, access unknown passwords and set up new ones for multiple programs and the company server, download current versions of all programs to include Firefox, Chrome, etc., and install new antivirus. Merrell accomplished every task within the estimated time frame he gave me and within the quoted cost. I highly recommend Merrell/Blue Ninja to anyone with computer issues and anyone looking for high quality technical service at an affordable price that is easily accessible by remote access.
