FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All students must purchase a CPR Student Handbook. The American Heart Association requires that ALL participants have access to their own student workbook before, during, and after the course. Heartsaver, BLS, ACLS, or PALS courses taught that do not require the students to have their own textbooks are in violation of AHA policy (including those who may provide students with books for use during the class, but do not allow the student to take the book with them when they leave). We are committed to adhering to all AHA policies and regulations. Books are sold separately. For your convenience, the cost of the book is included in the price of each class.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Anyone interested in attending a class can register at our website cpreducationcenter.com. Each student will receive a Student Handbook (Mandatory reference guide for you to keep) and an American Heart Association (AHA) CPR -E-Card at the end of class that will remain valid for two (2) years.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our instructors are AHA instructors and have years of real-life experience performing CPR and first aid.
