From the first ten minutes during our first session I knew that Kasia was compassionate, organized and here for me. Our first exercise helped me center what is going on in my life currently and what I would like to focus on. Kasia had initiative and a plan for our follow up sessions and exercises ready for me for the time in between. I found my coaching with Kasia has helped me with me career troubles and has given me an outlet to talk about these issues with.

I worked with Kasia on improving various aspects of my life including: health and fitness, highlighting problems or behaviors that were keeping me from reaching goals, and learning how to manage relationships personally and professionally. Life Coaching sessions with Kasia have helped me get in tune with what makes my soul happy.
