I first became connected to Twilight when she would do videos online about Mindfulness. She seemed really passionate and knowledgeable so when I saw she started a company, offering coaching thought I'd try it out. Turned out to be extremely helpful and because of that I'm considering Career opportunities that I once thought out of my reach. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Session 1: We discuss and determine where you are vs. where you desire to be. We map out the bridge to get there and what steps are needed to get there. We also look at your WHY FACTOR, is it strong enough?! We may conduct a personality analysis by Myers Briggs to determine what careers really suit you best. If you've hired me for Life Coaching same process but for different reasons, we find out what area of your life you wish to improve. The remaining 3 sessions are determined and tailored by the results of the first session.

How did you get started doing this type of work?
In regard to Holistic health, psychology and working with Human Capitol, I am a certified Life Coach, previous Talent Manager for Manpower Inc. I am also completing a Masters in Organizational Psych.
