Dimitry was very helpful and responsive in our questions regarding the move. Three movers and a truck equipped with a lift gate came by our office and the process was very smooth. No issues at all. Thank you!Nov 30, 2017Verified
I will definitely use this company again. These guys were awesome.Nov 28, 2017Verified
Chicago Master Movers showed up 1 hour and 30 minutes late. After loading the 2 trucks, they got lost on the way to my house, which took extra time. After unloading the first load, they went back for the rest of my stuff, which was "only 1/4 of a load" yet they were gone almost 2 hours. I do not recommend using Chicago Master Movers.Nov 5, 2017
They had a truck issue which resulted in a delay in the move. They had a work around and they made up for any potential delays. Very communicative so I knew the status. The team worked hard. It’s a good company with integrity.Oct 22, 2017
