- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We’ll start with a brief conversation about your goals for your practice. Then I’ll ask a few questions about your daily routine. The first sequence will be a basic 45-minute Vinyasa flow. During our session, I'll observe how your body responds to the poses as well as my cues. (Option for me to provide hands-on assists to guide you into correct and safe alignment.) Afterwards, we'll discuss your thoughts, concerns, and anything you've become aware of within your practice. I'll then email you my official feedback & suggestions for future reference.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied and worked in clinical massage therapy for four years before yoga teacher training.
