- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is all custom and depends on the work you'd like to have done. I'm all about results, so price will usually be determined based on the ROI I can bring you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we start off with an introductory call so you can learn more about how I work and what I can do for you. After that, we schedule a follow-up call to really dig deep into the details and build a roadmap for success. I'll create a timeline and milestones for what we are looking to achieve, and then we'll review after the work is done and see if we hit our goals.

My background is in marketing and psychology.
