Look no further! During my cooking bootcamp, I'll provide you with timing, tips and tricks for cooking poultry, red meat, pastas, salad, all with vegetarian and vegan substitutes. I come from a Cajun and Mexican background, and dishes from those cuisines are my specialty. I will show you easy-to-make delicious dishes, and how to "cook from the pantry." Not only will I show you when to use recipes to your advantage, and when to improvise, but I will cater to individual needs and provide nutritious tips for everybody in the family. If you need quick suggestions for healthy on-the-go snacks, I can plan a schedule to quell those midday hungers and help you maintain a more stable metabolism.
