- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a top-notch service at a very affordable amount. We are a small business and can maintain a low overhead and in turn pass the savings on to our customers. Our main concern here at Crow is finding a resolution for our valued customers issue. We understand that every person is unique and every situation is different and will accommodate each to the very best our our ability. Discounts are offered to military and senior citizens.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meeting our customer face to face and having a conversation with them. We will go over any questions and/or concerns they may have. We will go over our solution(s) to their concerns, (examples)- deadlines, material used, safety procedures etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 10 years experience providing service for residential homes, multi-unit buildings, small and large scale restaurants and commercial establishments. Our service technicians are highly trained and certified professionals who work together with customers on a daily basis.
