- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies depending on what kind of session you are interested. Feel free to contact me to view the session guide specific to your session. This guide will give you all the information you need in terms of pricing and how our photography services work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We really try and get to know our clients very well prior to the session. Once the session has been booked, a questionnaire will be sent to you, which will allow us to gather information about yourself along with your expectations of us (the photographers). A consult in person or through the phone can be scheduled as well.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We attend 2-3 workshops a year to stay up to date on the current trends of the market, to continuously improve our style and to better our customer experience.
