- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Atlantis Pools, we prefer to talk with each customer to understand their goals in order to get the right proposal for their budget. We're happy to arrange a meeting and consultation where we'll review your plans and your space with you and give you options to work with.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
What is it that you want to achieve with your project? What are your main goals? Will your family be growing over the coming years? These are the questions that we want to answer by consulting with you about your visions for the completed pool. We want your pool to be something that you'll enjoy for years to come, adding value to your home and comfort during those hot summer months. Meeting with you to discuss your needs is the most important first step in getting started. Call us directly so that we can get you on the schedule and get you taken care of ASAP.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My father drilled oil and designed the Stone Bor drill bit that wouldn’t break, so he came to Fl and decided to design golf courses. In his spare time he built me an Olympic size pool all by himself. It was only 60’X110’ 12’ deep with a beach entrance. Of coarse he just threw me in the deep end. Guess what? I swam to him. So I guess you could say I'm home taught... I love pools and appreciate all the memories that ours made for our family. We would love for you to have many stories and memories in yours as well!
