Truly a great guy who really cares about doing the job right and doing it once. HE reworked the seat of the lock, changed the lock, readjusted it twice before he was satisified. Bravo!Mar 14, 2019Verified
Brandon was awesome! On time, professional and sincere, and was easy to work with! Literally went 4-5pm as scheduled. He also looked at other things I was concerned about and was willing to come back and fix anything that needed fixing, especially the items he mounted/fixed for me! Overall great experience and will definitely call him next time I need any work done at the house!Oct 17, 2018Verified
Brandon was amazing, his mixture of expertise is perfect for any home. He helped me with replacing a kicked in door, new locks, and standardizing everything. He was fantastic, will use him again.Jan 5, 2019Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? There are no hidden fees! The hourly rate is flexible for jobs over 2 hours. If materials are needed, it will be expressed beforehand whether my price reflects materials or if they will still need to be factored into pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?-Walk through the project with the customer and make sure that the best options are being weighed. -Try to give a transparent and accurate quote, whether that is from receiving pictures of the project or going onsite for a walk through with the customer. -On larger jobs, I will often require a 50% deposit if job requires over $100 worth of materials. -Stay in communication with customer before and during the work. -Make sure they are happy with the work!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have worked with some of the biggest property managers in Chicago for the past 5 years and have apprenticed under 2 of the largest locksmith companies over the past 10 years.
