My first experience of Envee Salon was a trial hair and makeup session for my daughter before here wedding. Kisha (sp?), who did her hair, was a total sweetie. She listened and understood what my daughter was going for and then had some great suggestions. Melissa, who did her make-up was phenomenal! She is talented and also really listened well and took into account my daughter's personal style.
On the day of the wedding, we had the entire bridal party, myself, and the mother of the groom in their bridal suite getting hair and makeup done. Nicole and Kisha (sp?) did an amazing job on our hair. We all looked beautiful! Melissa went above and beyond in the makeup. She even came to the hotel right before the photographer was due and touched up the bride and a couple of the girls!
My daughter also had acrylic nails done a week before the wedding. They look so beautiful! The manicurist (I feel bad that I can't think of her name!) also did my nails at the last minute after my hair and makeup. She was so sweet to do so! It's a week later and my nails still look great!

I had my wedding at Lake Tahoe on June 2017. When I tried to find people to do my hair and makeup, I was getting some outrageous quotes and was not excited about my options. Luckily, I came across Envee Hair Studio and Spa on Thumbtack and I was really pleased with the pricing and services offered (it was cheaper to hire them and pay for their gas to get to Tahoe than it was to hire someone in Tahoe).
Contacting them was easy and pleasant. We scheduled a trial run the day before my wedding and they were so professional and friendly. Nichole did my hair and Lindsey did my makeup. They were really easy to communicate with and so it was easy for me to tell them whether I liked something or not.
For Nichole, I had a reference picture of how I wanted my hair done. She did a fantastic job of giving my hair the curls and volume that I wanted (I loved how it looked with my veil and tiara). I did not have a reference for Lindsey (as I don't wear makeup often), but she did a good job of giving me a natural, but flawless look (my skin looked fantastic).
On the day of my wedding, they arrived promptly and got to work. They also did the hair and makeup for my mom, two little sisters, mother-in-law, and sister-in-law. Despite having to do all those people, they got everyone done early and the results were beautiful. (I would like to mention that my sister had the worst luck of having a huge pimple on her cheek on the day of my wedding and Lindsey did a great job of covering it up!)
