- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer different packages and add-one depending on your needs. It’s always customizable and we will advise if there’s anything you truly don’t need. For cinematography, we include aerial drone footage at no additional cost if eligible depending on the location.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First off, we hop on a phone call at your earliest convenience. After the initial consultation, we gauge whether your vision is something we can create. If we believe it is, we move forward in discussing the details for your event or project. Depending on the project, more meetings may be needed at no additional cost. We cannot explain how important it is to reach out to us with any concerns! We’re always here to help you. We believe that by working with us, we become a team and your ideas and concerns are always valid.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been in the performing and musical arts for years. Combined we have been part of over two dozen productions and understand the complexities to create and finish a project. With this, sound and music is by far a huge role in creating a video. We use our knowledge from over 20 years of music and performance to create your story.
