Terrance and his team have managed all of my rentals across San Diego for about five years now. They do an amazing job to the point that I virtually never have to get involved. I just get an email monthly that my funds are going into...they handle everything else. I rarely ever have any vacancies and when I do, they're filled almost immediately!

    Our fee is 7-9% of rents collected.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    1)First we conduct our initial consultation and rental analysis. 2)Next we take photo documentation and prepare marketing. 3)We will coordinate any necessary repairs to make sure the unit(s) is ready for immediate occupancy. 4)Once we secure a qualified tenant with good credit and income, we will prepare a lease, collect deposit and rent, and you get paid!
