- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am still new to the photography business and am still trying to build a strong portfolio, because of this I offer a significant discount compared to other photographers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new client, it starts with messages or phone calls setting up the details of thew session. We decide on a location, either one of your choice or one of mine, and we decide on a time that works for both of us. After that, we meet and proceed with the session which will last between 30 minutes to an hour depending on what has been decided in the initial messages. Then it'll take about a week to get the finished photos to the client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been taking photos for the past 5 years and have been working hard on post processing for the past year. I try to get everything correct to the best of my ability in the camera during the photo session so there isn't much left to do on the post process stage.
