John called me and I described the electrical problem I had. He explained that he would come and take a look and then give me a verbal quote for the work. Once we agreed he would perform the job. He told me when he would arrive and he showed up at the exact time. He identified the issue and resolved it in less than an hour. He was very responsive and helped me understand the issue.
