- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most projects we have a standard price list. That price list is available upon request. However when the customer provides details for the work, the price may decrease or increase. No job will be started without an agreement on price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We value new customers. We like to communicate and get as much information as possible about what the customer would like to have done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has 10+ years experience in maintenance and remodeling. We believe in on going education to make sure our team is equipped and developed.
