- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is job specific and depends upon the number, size, and color of the windows. The type of window chosen, the age of the home, and decorative extras like grids factor into the pricing as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The customer will be contacted via email and/or phone to gather the necessary information to quote their window replacement project and answer any questions they may have. Educational and company-related emails are sent followed by a quote. The whole project is typically done in this way, saving customers time and money. Once ready to move forward with the project, the installation manager comes to measure the windows and review the scope of the project. Windows typically are ordered and installed within 3-5 weeks. Most installations are done within one day.
