What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My base price for a private lesson is $50 for 60 minutes. If I travel beyond 20 miles, I will add a $10 travel fee.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to talk with the client first before leading a session to discuss their specific goals, issues, lifestyle, and how they want to move. I then design a class specifically to their needs.
