David and Cowabunga Barbecue recently catered my wife and I's wedding for 150 people! They did a fantastic job! Many people have told us since how much they enjoyed the Mac and cheese and pulled pork and how it was the best wedding food they have ever had. David is very professional and super easy to deal with which is invaluable when you are planning a wedding and dealing with so many vendors. We used his full service package which was very reasonable for what it was and made our life very easy knowing the food was "handled" Hands down I would use cowabunga bbq again for any event or wedding. 5 stars!May 3, 2018Verified

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?When I'm hired l like to be in contact with them soon as possible to get their menu started. Figure out what fits best in their budget, once that is all set staying in communication with them do the day of the event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have been cooking for all my life. My mom and grandma started me out at home. I grew up on the central coast of California where BBQ was a way of life and found a passion for it. I've been competing in BBQ competitions for several years which has helped hone my skills.
